What’s your “why”?
Every landscape project starts with a reason for making a change. Maybe you want a place to gather with family, a quiet retreat to unwind, a safer space for kids and pets, or simply a landscape that feels more like you.
Tell us what’s important to you. How do you imagine using the space? What would you like it to offer now, and how might that change in the future? What feeling do you want to create when you step outside?
Understanding your “why” helps us design with purpose. We’ll work with you to define your goals and create a plan that makes sense for your property, priorities, timeline, and budget.
What are your property’s strengths and potential challenges?
Every property has its own opportunities and challenges. Together, we’ll take a closer look at your space, how you want to use it, and what’s already working.
We’ll evaluate the existing landscape, take measurements, discuss plants and stone, and explore the styles and features that fit your vision. We’ll also consider how existing plants and elements can be incorporated into the new design.
From there, we’ll establish the project scope, discuss your anticipated investment range, and determine the best path forward: Plan & Build or Plan Only.
Once we’ve agreed on the direction, we’ll collect the professional design fee and begin creating your custom landscape plan.
See your vision come to life.
We’ll create a detailed rendering of your landscape and meet with you to walk through the design together. You’ll be able to view a video walkthrough of the proposed space, ask questions, and discuss any modifications.
Once the design is approved, we’ll finalize the project scope and refine the estimated investment based on your selections. At that point, a reservation fee will secure your place on our installation calendar. The reservation fee is credited toward your final project invoice.
Project Installation
We’ll notify you within two weeks of your scheduled project start date. Before work begins, the homeowner is responsible for contacting 811 to have underground utilities located and marked.
A materials deposit will be collected at the start of the project. Once work begins, excavation and installation will proceed with ongoing communication between our team and the homeowner throughout the process.
As we near completion, our team will take care of final cleanup and project photos. We’ll then conduct a final walk-through with the designer and property owner(s) to review the completed landscape and make sure everything is in order.
Once the project is complete, we’ll calculate the final project investment based on the completed work. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the final invoice.
Caring for Your New Landscape
Once your project is complete, we’ll review the care and watering needs of your new plants and trees and answer any questions you may have. If you’d prefer to leave the ongoing care to us, we can also develop a customized maintenance plan to keep your landscape looking its best throughout the seasons.
