1. DREAM
A dream will always be "just a dream" unless you finally take action to make it a reality. Collect images from magazines, books, websites, or Pinterest and start imagining yourself in your beautiful new outdoor living space. Dream of small changes. Dream of long term changes. Start by filling out this form to answer some basic questions, and we will follow up with a free 15 minute consult to discuss your project.
2. DEFINE
What is your 'why'? Everyone has a reason for why they want to make a change. Sharing your why will help guide our design process. What do you see yourself doing in that space? How will it be used now and in the future? What mood do you hope to create in this space?
We can help you define your specific goals, and make sure the goals line up with your estimated timeline and budget range.
3. ASSESS
What are the property's strengths & potential challenges?
Let's work together to evaluate the property, discuss intended use of space, and review the use of existing plants We will take measurements, discuss plant and stone choices and style goals At this point, we will establish a project scope and investment range, and determine if this is a PLAN/BUILD project or a PLAN project. We will collect a professional design fee and begin work on your plan.
4. DESIGN
We will create a 3D rendering & then meet to discuss the project, view a walk-through video of the new design, and go over modifications. Then we will get a final approval of the design and firm up the estimated investment by property owner(s). At this point, we will collect a $100 reservation fee to hold your spot on the calendar which will be credited back to you on your final invoice.
5. BUILD
Notification will be given within two weeks of start of project, and the
HOMEOWNER WILL CALL 811 TO GET UTILITIES MARKED. We will
collect a materials down payment at the start of project.
Excavation and plantings begin with constant communication with homeowners. Completion of build includes clean-up and photos, along with a final walk-through with designer and property owner(s).
Upon completion, there will be a calculation of the final project investment, and the REMAINDER OF INVOICE WILL BE DUE UPON RECEIPT.
6. CARE
Once completed, we will set up a maintenance plan if desired, and discuss care/watering of plants and trees. Please refer to
